Don't forget that there is a 2G max memory limit on VirtualBox and it 
will only run on one
CPU(core), where Xen does not have this problem, but then you get into 
other problems.

By the looks of it you will have to try both to see which one suits you. 
I have tried Oracle
on both setups and in this case I would have to pick (Xen) xVM over 
VirtualBox mainly
due to the memory  restriction, but that all depends on your application 
requirements.
