Recalling from memory, back in early Solaris 10 days, Sun was in process 
of changing their Wallstreet/Stock symbol from SUNW to JAVA 
(08/23/2007).  JavaDesktop was earlier then that, I believe it was just 
a marketing idea, changing the Stock symbol was just a continuation of 
that theme/idea.  Solaris 10 or SXCE never had Java integrated into the 
desktop more than what is offered today with Opensolaris.
