Hi,

I have two identical systems, HP z5100 machines, both
running snv125. On one of them Thunderbird (and Opera)
display poorly, the fonts look as if there is an RGB
convergence problem. All other applications display fine.

The only difference between the two systems (that I can
think of) is that the system with the display problem has a
few more packages installed: GIMP, Bluefish, and GQview.
The Gnome settings are identical (again, as far as I can think).

I referred to this problem in a previous post (titled "poor
display quality with 126"), but there I mistakenly thought
that every application had the display problem. In reality,
it's only Thunderbird and Opera, and the problem is also in
snv125, as I am saying here.
