May be look at SFE, qt is here.

IPS release of qt is at http://ips.enst.fr:10000/
But it install in /usr/SFE. 
Restriction: only for b134

If you write the skeleton of the spec file for Scribus,
I will try your file in 3 weeks. (because of vacation)
