Since moving from nmh to Thunderbird, I've noticed several instances where Thunderbird is confused about threading. That is, a set of messages were displayed as being in the same thread as unrelated mail. I *think* there's a correlation with moving messages from one folder to another, and the threading gets messed up in the destination folder, but I'm not certain.
For example, this morning I moved several messages (from an internal list) asking about support for a particular device to my "Solaris" folder. Now Thunderbird is showing them as part of a "Bounce action notification" thread (Mailman administrivia). This is scary, because it makes it very easy to accidentally delete mail.
