Currently we have network bandwidth problems between our build machine and mozilla.org ftp server. Sometimes uploading will stall due to this problem. Uploading complete MAR files would require double uploading time, therefore the risk of failure is also doubled.
Given the downloading size/time is unchanged, can you explain why semi-automatic upgrade is important to you?
