Well, instead of. They're not entirely equivalent.

That's actually an interesting question. I don't know. (Would be nice
if it did, as
we're having to replace our Juniper as part of a move to 2-factor
authentication,
which is not working out all that well for me.)

It's built in to the Juniper. It's probably a good idea to talk to whoever's
managing the device, as they'll have to configure all this for you.
