Did you build Firefox 7 by yourself or download it from http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/7.0/contrib/
It might be https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=673850 But I did apply the patch when I built contrib builds.
