Indeed, the failure still shows up, but as I mentioned in my last comment, this seems to have been fixed in Firefox 8. If this is causing a crash as it originally was for me with about:support, please file a new bug with the crash ID from about:crashes after you submit the crash to Mozilla. Otherwise, please wait for Firefox 8 for this to hopefully disappear.
