Changed to invalid as problem reported is no longer evident in current
Lucid releases. Also have not tested with nor will be able to test with
Oneiric Ocelot.

LUCID-Unable to add "Home Ffolder" to Panel
Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
In all versions, including the initial Lucid Alpha 2, one could click
on the "Home Folder" icon in "Places" and move it to a Panel, then
release the mouse to place a "shortcut" there.
This is now not possible.
