no way to close a site. No closing black device at the upper rigth

Bug description:
Don't know what abug means. for all I know, I can't close what I open. And
the page doesn't fill the computer screen.
I also have problems with the sound. No sound available with the hearpnones,
omly with the speakers of the laptop.
