With software-center-gtk3 trunk r2177 the stars in steps 1 and 2 are
both yellow, the only place to fix is the app details screen, the stars
there are still dark grey.

software-center-gtk3 trunk r2155, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. Go to the home screen.
2. In the "Top Rated" area, click "More".
3. Navigate to one of the software items.
What you see: The stars are (1) yellow, (2) dark grey, (3) dark grey.
What you should see: The stars are yellow consistently.
