Bug description:
gnome-screenshot 3.1.5-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu Ocelot
1. Take a screenshot.
2. Choose to save it with the name "test name".
What happens: It's saved with the name "test%20name.png".
What should happen: It's saved with the name "test name.png".
