Title:
[wishlist] Add "xy posts" to the messages bubbles

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When somebody adds a new status update and I have notifications
enabled, I see a bubble with the persons an name and the status
message. The problem is that there is no differentiation between these
bubbles and the one empathy creates.

Because of that I would like to see a "posts", "tweets" or similiar to
be added after the Persons Nickname.
