Title:
  Twitter HashTags with accented characters are not displayed correctly

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  In Gwibber, hashtags with non ASCII letters are not displayed correctly: the
link is only considered before the accent.
  So, for example, #física will only display the link on the 'f' part, as 'í'
is not considered for the hash tag.
  Another example: #redenção -> reden.
