@Andrea (or anyone else), Can you please explain me why you think that
this is a bug in gnome-control-center and not in policykit-desktop-
privileges? The hibernation was disabled in policykit-desktop-
privileges, so allowing users to re-enable it is part of that package
too, or isn't it?

I removed the mentions of suspension as it's already configurable and
wasn't changed in bug 812394.
