Hi mmiicc, and thanks for your report! Indeed, there is a separate icon
in the launcher for the duration of the time that a review window is
active. This occurs because the review window is a separate process from
Software Center itself. So, I'm not quite sure if this is actually a
"bug". Let me ask the Ubuntu Software Center designer, mpt, for his take
on it (I will set this as incomplete and assign it to him).

but the icon looks the same as USC icon.
