Software center installed packages view is wrongly highlighted
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Click on "All software", then open a popup window like the "sync between
computers" window, this will change automatically to the installed packages
panel.
Three or four times out of five the panel will display wrong highlighting.
You can notice this because under the last row it will be highlighted as well
with orange color, like in the screenshot attached.
