Bug description:
oneconf 0.2.6.9, Ubuntu Software Center 5.1.13.1, Ubuntu Pangolin
1. Start syncing your computer to OneConf.
2. Select your computer and choose "Stop Syncing" from the gear menu.
3. Choose "All Software".
4. Choose "Installed".
5. Close USC.
6. Reopen USC and choose "Installed".
What happens:
2. The OneConf panel goes away.
4. The OneConf panel remains hidden.
6. The OneConf panel has reappeared.
What should happen:
6. The OneConf panel remains hidden.
This may be related to bug 962495 where the underlying service
continues running when it shouldn't, or bug 943688 where other
computers aren't removed properly.
