Title:
Global menu doesn't work with multiple monitors (twinview)

Status in Unity:
  Fix Released
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
I'm using a twinview setup with a large screen on the left (the main
one) and a smaller one on the right. I have a fullscreen app on each
  display.

There are several bugs resulting from this situation:

  1. Only the focused window responds to global-menu hovers. To access
the menu of the second app (on the other screen), you first have to
focus it, which is pretty needless.

  2. Clicking where the X button should be in the second global menu
(top left corner) closes the first app (on the other screen!). This is
pretty crazy especially since there isn't actually a button there.

  3. Clicking on the global menu doesn't focus the window on that
screen. You have to click somewhere inside the window.
