Bug description:
In Unity 3D, if the HUD is displayed then the menu bar is transparent,
however if the dash is then invoked with the super key then the HUD
disappars and the dash is displayed, however the menu bar turns
opaque. This also happens the other way round, if the dash is
displayed then the menu bar is transparent, invoking the HUD with alt
turns the menu bar opaque, see screenshot for a clearer explanation
