Bug description:
  HUD doesn't ignore key events while ibus is holding pre-edit text.

  Step to reproduce:
  1. press Alt to show HUD
  2. enable ibus (ibus-anthy, ibus-mozc, etc...)
  3. press some keys.
  4. press space and up or down keys to select conversions from list. 
  5. press Enter to commit pre-edit text

  Actual result:
    Step 4: cursor of list on HUD is moved
    Step 5: selected item is executed

  Expected result
    Step 4: ignore up/down key
    Step 5: ignore Enter key
