Bug description:
Steps to Repro:
1. Open Dash
2. Maximise it
3. Restore it to original size
Expected result:
Dash back to original size, all area outside Dash visible
Actual Result:
Dash back to original size, but lots of areas outside Dash are covered by the
blurred background still. Big redraw problem there, see screenshot.
