My hdd is 300GB, NFS totals about 450GB and as a result 790GB is usually
reported as the disk size (with 40GB taken from somewhere, I don't know
what). The interesting thing happens when I umount the NFS shares then
the disk size is suddenly reported as 1.3TB. Something not quite right
here :)

If it weren't so late I would take a look. Maybe in the morning.

Title:
ubuntu 12.04 details -> overview disk size includes network mounts

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
The disk size in details -> overview appears to include network mounts such
as NFS in 12.04
(I can't recall if it did this in previous versions).

Is this the correct behaviour or should it exclude network mounts?
