Gwibber put me from bottom to top

Bug description:
I'll be reading my time line, be down near the bottom, then I'm
suddenly back at the top when a new message comes in and I have to
scroll back down to where I was at to continue reading. Can you PLEASE
fix it so that it does not do that?
