Title:
  HUD on wrong screen on mutli monitor system

Bug description:
  To replicate:
  On a multi monitor system give the focus to an app on a secondary monitor, 
and hit Alt
  Result:
  The HUD appears on the primary monitor
  Expected result:
  The HUD should appear on the same monitor as the application with focus, in 
the same way the menus for the app appear on that monitor.
