Resolving as Won't Fix in LibreOffice Packaging. This does not mean the issue
will not be cared about, but if it is cared about (even by Ubuntu/Canonical
contributors), it is done upstream at LibreOffice.

Bug description:
I noticed OpenOffice.org Writer has no template at all. For most
student having a report template would save them a lot of time.
I made such a template, using the Bitstream fonts, which are accesible
to all Ubuntu users.
