Title:
Dictionary Look Up Applet missing in Oneiric

Status in “gnome-dictionary” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in “gnome-utils” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
The dictionary look up applet seems to be totally missing in 11.10!
This was one of my most-used utilities. The package description for
gnome-dictionary says that the applet is included it it, but I can
find nothing relating to the applet in the listing of the package
contents. What happened??? I certainly hope an executive decision
wasn't made to deep-six this applet, which has been one of my
  favorites for many years.
