Title:
  window minimize button closes window

Status in Compiz Core:
  Fix Released
Status in “compiz” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10
  Unity 4.24.0-0ubuntu2b1
  Compiz 1:0.9.6+bzr20110929-0ubuntu6

  1. start gnome-terminal
  2. drag it to the right edge of the screen so that its snapped.
  3. click over the left 25% of the minimize button

  What happens:
  the snapped window closes

  What should happen:
  it should minimize

  =====Original Description=====
i'm having a problem lately where it seems like the clickable areas of the
close, minimize, and fullscreen window buttons have all shifted slightly right
when the window is snapped to the right or left side of the screen. (if i don't
click almost center or right of center on the minimize button it closes the
window, if i don't click almost center or right of center on the fullscreen
button it minimizes the window). does not happen when window is fullscreen or
floating.

also perhaps this is related... i have dual monitors and lately when
snapping a window to the right side of the left monitor the window
will hang over slightly onto the right monitor.

problems started shortly after upgrading to 11.10, never experienced
  in 11.04

and lastly after running an up to date at the beginning of the week
i've noticed that i can no longer resize a window that has been
snapped to the left or right without first unsnapping it
