Gwibber does not snap to the program like other programs do if they
are on another workspace

Bug description:
When attempting to view gwibber it does not go to the screen that it
is on like other programs. When Thunderbird or Chromium or about
anything else is clicked on the task bar it goes to the workspace it
is on but not gwibber. It seems to just center it on another
workspace but not go to it. It may just be an issue with Ubuntu 12.04
but I wanted to let you know.
