I can confirm this. Part of the problem is that currently adding
purchases to the dash does not work. Searching for "full circle" in the
dash finds it quickly for me though.

Bug description:
Full Circle Magazine issues should be downloaded to the Documents or
Downloads folder. I don't know if the other magazines are saved in the
same place or not. I had to do a search to find them after they were
downloaded. Also the Ubuntu Software Center gave the option to add a
icon to the launcher which does not work.
