You are correct, it shouldn't have had the sudo before the command.
It does work so I'm marking it invalid now.

While trying to log a bug about ubuntuone-client, I uncovered another issue.
It looks like ubuntu-bug cannot work when logged in as a windows domain user
using likewise package.
