Thank you for the details, from the times you describe and the report
that bug happened because evince was open during the upgrade, you only
got the notification after reboot for some reason but that happens, the
timestamp shows it was recorded before the restart.

Closing the bug that's not an evince issue, one of the limitation of "in
session" upgrades, it's usually better to close running applications
while updates are applied to avoid those
