Title:
Jockey should notify a restart is required when a driver is
  deactivated

Status in “jockey” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When a proprietary driver is activated, the status label says:
"You need to restart the computer to activate the driver"

When the proprietary driver is deactivated, no message is shown. The
status label shows "This driver is not activated", but in fact it is
activated until the computer is restarted.

Maybe the status label could say: "This driver will be deactivated
next time you start the computer" or "You need to restar the computer
  to finish deactivating the driver".
