Switch keyboard layout when user click to keyboard layout indicator

Bug description:
For today the keyboard layout indicator displays menu if user clicks
on this indicator by left mouse button, right mouse button and middle
mouse button. I proposing to use middle mouse button click to switch
keyboard layouts. KDE's keyboard layout widget already switches
keyboard layouts and AFAIK keyboard layout indicator in Gnome also
have this feature. So I ask to implement this feature in Unity.
