Bug description:
Rename the "Desktop" title in the Top Bar (displayed when no window
has focus) to "Ubuntu Desktop"
Desired solution:
- When no window is in focus (e.g. after logging in or after closing
all windows), the word "Ubuntu Desktop" should be displayed in the top
left of the Top Bar.
