Title:
  gnome-control-center user-accounts unlock is disabled

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10 64bit

  lsb_release -sc; uname -a show's:
  oneiric
  Linux edoras 3.0.0-17-generic #30-Ubuntu SMP Thu Mar 8 20:45:39 UTC 2012
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

  When I start :
  gnome-control-center user-accouts
I can't unlock a user. This button (top-right) is disabled.

If I try "gksudo gnome-control-center user-accouts" nothing appears.

If I try "gnome-control-center" it works fine. Klick on user-accounts
control-center died ...
  /var/crash/ is empty
  dmesg show's :
  gnome-control-c[5338]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f33701e4527 sp 00007fff4169fa90
error 4 in libuser-accounts.so[7f33701d3000+29000]

Try this a solution at launchpad question #194382, there they told me
  to open a bug report.
