Hello,
I tried Xubuntu 12.04 RC live session.
I choosed french language.
When I run thunderbird it's all in english.
Other apps (like Firefox, abiword, terminal...) are in french.
I think thunderbird-locale-fr (and a lot more) should be present on
the ISO file.
Here are the details:
1) $ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Release: 12.04
2) xubuntu@xubuntu:~$ apt-cache policy thunderbird
thunderbird:
