Bug description:
Dualview setup with nvidia 8600gtm and nvidia-current with external
monitor. uptodate 12.04 with unity_5.4.0-0ubuntu1_amd64
when moving mouse to the left end the starter bar should pop out like it does
on the left end of the external screen.
when pressing super, short or long, it pops out but not with the mouse
scrolling.
