I think the issue is actually the other way around; the font size of the
menus should not be variable. Marking as invalid, but also pinging the
bug to Otto who may choose to re-open it if he feels that this is a
valid issue.

Bug description:
The title for the current window, in the top panel, is now quite huge.
The menus, clock, and person(?) indicator have the correct font and
size of DejaVu Sans 6 as I have set in dconf. The application title
font seems to have a hard coded size now.
