  cannot select specific account while attempting entering to open
  chatroom at yahoo

  opened Chatroom dialogbox
  I have 2 accounts runnings. msn and yahoo
  trying to select yahoo account
  both accounts are greyed out
  no opportunity to select yahoo account
  so not able to open chatroom of yahoo
