Make sure you check the screenshot with magnification I've made
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the dash
2) Switch to the application lens (or other lens that provides filtering)
3) Search for something
4) Open the filtering "pane" on the right
5) Observe border corruption on the "all" buttons
