Bug description:
1. Open the Dash. Click Internet Apps
2. Return to the Dash home page
3. Click More Apps
What happens:
Only internet apps are shown. This happens even if the dash is closed between
steps 1 and 2.
What should happen:
The application lens should appear with no filters activated so that all apps
are shown.
This is even worse if the user closed the "Filter results" sidebar
between 1 and 2 as there is no other visual indication that results
are filtered. And it's also amplified by the fact that filters persist
throughout a session unless explicitly disabled which I believe is a
Design decision.
I think the Find Files button in the Dash home should do the same and
show unfiltered files & folders.
