Title:
CTRL+ALT+D (show desktop) results in title bars not registering clicks
until window body is re-selected
Status in Unity:
Fix Released
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
When you press CTRL+ALT+D to show desktop and then press it again to
re-maximize windows, clicking on the title bar of a window just
selects the window behind it until the window's main body has been
selected (at which point the title bar issue fixes itself).
Ubuntu 11.10 - 64 bit
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open, say, four windows - maximize one of them to make the bug more
obvious later but bring the non-maximized ones to the front
2. Press CTRL+ALT+D to minimize everything
3. Press CTRL+ALT+D to maximize everything again
4. Click on the title bar of one of the not fullscreened windows - you should
find that that window disappears and the one behind it gets selected. You
should also find that once a window has been selected, its title bar will fix
itself, but the bug will persist until every window has been re-selected.
