Bug description:
This bug appeared after the Oneric upgrade.
I have 2 screens (configured using ubuntu's screen configuration tool)
my main screen on the left is a 1280x.1024 LCD monitor, my secondary
screen is a 1920x1080 beamer. So the second one is only turned on when
I need it.
With Natty, when I open an app, it opens in the main screen , no
problem
Now, with Oneric, all apps systematically opens on the second screen
(which is turned off). Thanks to the workscape switcher I can drag
them to my main screen.
