Thanks, closing the bug then, precise is a lts and there is little
chance those bugs will be fixed in a non lts version out for 6 months
when the lts is out this week

Bug description:
The following phenomenom happens on more than one machine (different
hardware) with the latest 11.10 updates installed:
1. Open an application that is not yet pinned to the unity launcher (e. g.
system monitor).
2. After the application opened, pin the application to the launcher.
3. Close the application (icon stays in launcher - fine)
4. Open the application again.
5. !!! The recently added icon + a second icon appears in the launcher. Both
have an indicator that they are focused. Both are shown when pressing Alt + Tab.
6. Close the application.
7. Launcher shows 2 closed application icons!.
8. Open the application again.
9. Now you have three icons in the launcher, all are focused! All are shown
when pressing Alt + Tab.
10. Steps 6 to 9 can be repeated, increasing the number of icons by one with
every step
-> see screenshot (banshee and system monitor as test subjects).
Launcher can be cleaned by deleted the "pin to launcher" option and
close the application.
Problem starts again with pinning an application to the launcher.
