Thank you for your bug report, that's not a bug though, that icon got
changed following user testing sessions, most users associated the
"home" symbol with a start point and expected it to launcher the
equivalent of the dash (the ubuntu logo icon) and not a file browser,
the icon has been changed back to a folder icon to clear that ambiguity

Bug description:
The "Home Folder" application icon on the Launcher in Precise Pangolin
is a plain-jane folder icon instead of the more definitive home-folder
icon which came with Oneiric Ocelot. The definitive home-folder icon
tells the user that the application will launch his/her home folder
and not just any random folder.
This is a regression.
