Title:
photo application is not configurable in unity dash
Status in Unity:
Fix Released
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Unity Dash offers a shortcut called "View Photos", which is hardcoded
to Shotwell in a standard installation of Ubuntu 11.10. The linked
application is not configurable. I've changed the preferred
application for photos in System Settings -> System Info -> Default
Applications to f-spot. This configuration is not respected by the
Unity Dash, nor is there any other way to set the photo application of
my choice. There should be.
