In Unity launcher clicking on an application that has several windows
open should show all running instances to select from them

Bug description:
1. Open lets say Thunderbird, start writing a new message and then another
one (you should have 3 windows open now).
2. Open some other application to overlap Thunderbird windows.
3. Switch to another workspace.
4. Select Thunderbird from Unity launcher.
In my case only the window which was opened as the last is shown and the rest
of them are overlapped by the app opened in step 2.
What should be displayed is the preview of all open windows to select from
them. It happens but only if I click one more time on Thunderbird launcher.
