[alt-tab] Should visually distinguish windows from different
workspaces

Bug description:
The Unity alt-tab switcher does not work well if a user is using
multiple workspaces.
Gnome Shell uses a vertical line to separate apps open in a different
workspace with the current workspace at the left. For instance, if you
have 3 workspaces (work, games, and non-work projects) that all have
windows open, there should be 2 vertical separators. In the attached
screenshot, there are two active workspaces and Nautilus is in the
other workspace. Or just play with Gnome Shell!
